Monday & Wednesday – 10 minute (m) warm up on elliptical trainer, 25m full body strength training, 15m stretch, 45m spinning class
Tuesday – 30m on treadmill (15% incline at 2.5 mph)
Thursday – 30m on treadmill, 30m on elliptical, 15m abs class, 60m Zumba class
Saturday – plan is to do strength training and take a long walk
Trying to get my eating down. I have been doing pretty good. i plan to start recing it today!
Sun- 1hr 3o min Zumba
Mon- 45 min Zumba
Tues- 55 min Zumba
Wed- 45 min Zumba
Thurs- Rest
Fri- 2 mile walk w/ students
Sat- 45 min Kickboxing (hopefully)
Mon – 1 hour ballet class (for beginners)
Tues – 1 hour Pilates
Wed – 20 min walking
Thurs – slacker!
Fri – 20 min walking
So this week has been really hard for me. I have not had the chance to exercise this week except for mowing the lawn today (which is a lot of work). I only was able to drink my goal of 52 oz. two days! But I was able to stay within m weight watcher points but let me tell you… it was touch and go Wednesday! My job had free Skyline Chilli… I couldn’t resist having a coney (ok, ok, I had two) and at 9 points each meant that I was eating veggies for dinner! All in all, I was pretty bad when it comes to my goals so I will try harder next week. I am also going to some indirect calorie burning and walking on my breaks.
Mon-cheat day (chipotle)
Tue-bridge walk 2hrs
Wed-jog/run in the neighborhood 30 min
Thurs-rest day
Fri-row machine and exercise bike 45 min
Sat-Sun-refer to Wed
i’ve stepped it up on my veggie only days and i havent eaten after 730 all week. i plan to weigh myself again on Mon and every wk after to keep me grounded. Is there a zumba on dvd?
Mon- 15 min cardio + 35 min scrubbing floors on my hands & knees
Tues – 20 min cardio
Wed – 35 min yoga
Thurs – rest day – 10 min yoga
Friday – 20 min yoga + 10 min cardio
Sat – cooking & cleaning all day (in 90 degree weather) for my daughter’s bday
* My first “meat free” Monday was very successful! I was naughty on Saturday @ my daughter’s party- I ate a hot dog roll (white bread) & a piece of cake, but I still stayed under my calorie count for the day.
I have been doing p90x and so far been drinking a lot more water
