Eeep! I just realized that I forgot to post this last friday! Sorry ladies! Show me what you got this past week! I’ll post mine tonight!

Monday & Wednesday – 10m elliptical training, 25m strength training, 45m spinning, 15m stretching
Tuesday – 30m treadmill at 15% incline for 20m
Thursday – same as Tues. and 60m Zumba
Friday – 10m elliptical training, 25m strength training

I have not been stretching three times a week. I want to try to incorporate it into my nighttime routine. I think it will be a great way to wind down for the night.

sun- 20 min Tae Bo
mon- 45 min Zumba
tues- 55 min Zumba
wed-45 min Zumba
thurs- 55 min Zumba
Fri- 60 min zumba
Sat- 55 min Zumba

Clearly this week was a zumba week. I plan to start running again regularly next week. I moved my scheduled 5k from 5/30 to 6/14. Overall this has also been a great week foodwise as well. I managed to stay on track despite many temptations and distractions

i have literally been slumming for the past 2wks but i’ve curb NOT exercising with pretty much eating right (xcept for that scoop of ice cream i had..EEEK!!)

thats why i love this blog and challenge becuz i can read and get inspired from you guys to keep me motivated and to get back on track! IM ON IT!!!
